Oh Shenandoah! Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley Wine Trail welcomes visitors with exciting things to see and do: Wine Tours & Tastings, Civil War battlefields, caverns, antiques, Antebellum Plantations with unique Inns, B&B’s and Restaurants. This historic valley is tucked between the Blue Ridge Mountains on the east and the Allegheny Mountains to the west, from the West Virginia line in the north to the James River in the south. A couple of hour's drive west of Washington DC just past Front Royal, Virginia, lies the Shenandoah Valley and some of Virginia's best wineries.
