Chestnut Creek School of the Arts, a part of Harmony Trail and Round the Mountain
Chestnut Creek School of the Arts offers classes in visual and performing arts, heritage and contemporary crafts and traditional music. We are a trail site on the Harmony Trail in the City of Galax, and a member of 'Round The Mountain'. Located in the heart of charming Downtown Galax, just steps from dining, shopping, lodging, and recreational activities. Our main campus is only 1 block from the Galax end of The New River Trail State Park, we are open 9-5 daily year round, and 10-2 Saturdays from April 1-December 24th. Exhibits and consignment art from our teachers are on display year round.
