Explore History in Pentagon City

Home to the National 9/11 Pentagon Memorial, which honors the 184 people who died there on 9/11, as well as the Air Force Memorial, which commemorates the service and sacrifices of the men and women of  the United States Air Force, Arlington's Pentagon City neighborhood is a  place to honor the past. And in addition to these national treasures,  there are many other great reasons to explore this vibrant urban  village.

Pentagon City is located less than a mile from the Potomac River and  is easily accessible via Metro.  In addition to the moving tributes and  memorials that can be found here, Pentagon City is home to the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Museum and Visitors Center,  where kids can explore the exhibits that tell the story of the war on  drugs over the years and even earn the status of "Junior Special  Agent."  For those looking for a little retail therapy, Pentagon City is  also a very popular spot. The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, the Pentagon Row shopping and entertainment complex, and Pentagon Centre offer hundreds of shopping and dining options for all.
