Craig County Artisan Center & Farmer's Market

We opened in June 2012 as part of Virginia's Western Highlands Artisan Trail to provide a venue for Craig County crafters and growers. We now have over 25 vendors showcasing a variety of items: stone sculpture, oil paintings, walking sticks, pillow-case dresses, barn-framed photographs, unique bird houses, gemstone jewelry and knitted garments. Country eggs, baked goods, honey and fresh produce are available in season.

Classes are being offered in basic crochet and stained glass; a summer painting class is being planned. For information, call Diane 580-3745.

The Center is located in the old Mick or Mack store front between Family Dollar and the Courthouse and across the street from The Emporium.

Open every Thursday and Friday 11 to 7 and on Saturdays from 9 to 3.  You're welcome to call anytime to set up a private shopping party!
