Documented to 1678, Lynhams celebrates its' early Colonial Williamsburg-era heritage with style and energy. Not only is the house itself an antique, having suffered cannon ball damage from Yankee gunboats, it has a trove of antiques and "pretties." Modern amenities include 3 TVs with cable, central heat/air, and updated kitchen.

Lynhams is on Indian Creek Yacht and Country Club's golf course which was once were part of 1100  acres granted it in the 1600s. Antiquing, shopping, restaurants, golfing, river/bay cruises and private boat launch into Indian Creek nearby.
