Clear Spring Homestead

Nestled in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, Clear Spring Homestead was originally an 1100 acre grant from the King of England.

The current home, built in 1838, is presently owned by Ramona S. Evans and her husband Philip D. Evans who have updated and established the property as a Bed & Breakfast.

The ground floor has a Handicap accessible bedroom and bathroom, as well as the Commons Conference Facilities.
The first floor includes a Parlor, Formal Dining Room, Kitchen, Living Room, Laundry, two Bedrooms and 1 & 1/2 Baths.  The second floor has 3 Bedrooms and 1 full Bath.

The home is flanked by 4 chimneys which at one time served 7 fireplaces.

The Clear Spring Homestead now welcomes you to become part of its history.
