Roanoke Cycling Organization
The Roanoke Cycling Organization (RCO) is a bicycling organization based in Roanoke, Virginia (Southwestern VA). We represent those with a passion for the bicycle, and the numerous advantages that bicycling brings.
The RCO focuses on racing, recreational riding, training, education and event promotion. Our philosophy attracts those with a passion for the sport, and for those who understand the impact a cyclists has on and off the road in the community. We offer a variety of group rides or routes for everyone from the novice to the professional in and around the Roanoke Valley and neighboring communities. We devote time to; Volunteer trail building & maintenance, Local and national advocacy, Offering education on bike handling, Maintenance techniques, and promoting races and cycling related activities.
