National Inventors Hall of Fame and Museum
Inventive Eats: Incredible Food Innovations is the latest National Inventors Hall of Fame and Museum exhibit. Discover how the food we enjoy for breakfast, lunch, and dinner has been invented, transformed, and revolutionized! Visitors can browse the biographies of the National Inventors Hall of Fame Inductees, view the Portrait Gallery, enjoy the short film Extraordinary Innovations, and shop our Gift Shop. Located on the United States Patent and Trademark Office Campus at 600 Dulany Street with easy access from both the King St and Eisenhower Metro stops. Closed on Sunday and Federal Holidays.
NOTE: The National Inventors Hall of Fame Museum will be closed from September 30, 2011 to October 13, 2011 for the installation of the new exhibit – Exercising Ingenuity. This new exhibit will highlight inventions, patents and trademarks that have emerged from the fitness, exercise and nutrition industries. The exhibition will be free and open to the public on October 13, 2011. The National Inventors Hall of Fame Museum Store will remain open regular business hours during the installation.
