US Army Women's Museum

Visit the only museum in the world dedicated to the history of women's contributions to the United States Army. 

Experience women serving from the Revolutionary War to the present. Exhibits explore barracks life, uniforms, life and work, overseas and on U.S. posts around the world. Interactive exhibits and videos throughout the gallery, as well as films for viewing in the theater.

Young people can enjoy an activity corner with period uniforms to try on.

Visitors can learn about the over 100 Army women who have given their lives in support of operations in Iraq and Afghanistan through an interactive kiosk.

Galleries are open to the public Tuesday through Friday 10 am-5 pm, and Saturday from 11am-5pm. Closed Mondays. Easily accessible--just inside the front gate of Fort Lee. Fort Lee only requires anyone over the age of 16 to provide a picture ID.

Groups are welcome. Please call to schedule a tour. Picnic tables are available.
