Taste of Culpeper - a wine, food, and arts festival
Culpeper Renaissance's eighth annual "Taste of Culpeper – a wine, food, and arts festival" will take place Sunday, October 13, 2013, in historic downtown Culpeper in the Depot District on Davis and Commerce Streets. Experience the very best in Virginia wines, microbreweries, and local cuisine from Noon until 5:00 p.m. Discover treasures for your home and your table from local artisans and crafters. Enjoy all of this in Downtown Culpeper, a recent 2012 winner of the "Great American Main Street Award"; this is certainly an event not to miss!
Fun and festivities for the entire family will promise an enjoyable fall afternoon. New this year: cooking demonstrations from some of your favorite local chefs. FREE activities for children include a moonbounce,art projects, and games. Live music! For the sports fans, an outdoor footballlounge will be available with two large screen TV's.
Advance tickets are $15 and are available by contacting Culpeper Renaissance. Tickets will be available at the gate $20 for adults, $7 for designated drivers or those not wishing to participate in the wine tasting. Admission for those 12 and under is free.
