The Shenandoah Valley Shiners, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children, will be hosting the 28th annual Grand
Caverns Bluegrass Festival.  This group consists of three Shiners groups, the Waynesboro Hillbillies Shriners, the Harrisonburg
Valley Shriners, and the Caverns Shriners Club of Luray. 100% net profits receivedby the Shriners will be donated to the Shriner's Children's Hospitals. Bands scheduled to perform are: Lonesome Highway, High Ground, Kody Norris & the Wataugo Mt. Boys, Goldwing Express, Bluegrass Brothers,Michelle Nixon & Drive, and many more. This is a family friendly event, rain or shine. Tents and overnight campers are welcome, but there are no hook-ups. Campground officially opens on Wed, Sept. 4, 2013 at 8am. Bring your own lawn chairs and enjoy some of the best bluegrass entertainment that the Valley has to offer while supporting the Shriner's Childrens Hospitals.
