Fries Fiddlers' Convention
Whether you make music or just love to listen to good old down-home mountain music, you will not want to miss the Fries Fiddler’s Convention in the Fries Town Park always held the third weekend in August. Two nights of fiddle, banjo, guitar, mandolin, bass, folk song, dance and band competition. Come and camp for $5.00/site/night. Admission is $5.00 per person and children under 12 are free with a paying adult. Handicapped access available upon request. Come to Fries and enjoy great music, friendly people and delicious food. We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.
