Dominion GardenFest of Lights at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden

Dominion GardenFest Of Lights is a a holiday tradition featuring half-a-million lights, botanical decorations, trains, holiday dinners, family activities and more.

Conservatory displays include a 19-foot tall holiday tree, model trains and fairy houses, and an enchanting scene in the Cottage Garden wing featuring the story of woodland creatures and their home in an old tree.

The Children's Garden features a firepit for toasting s'mores (available for purchase) and bird's eye views from the CWDKid's Tree House.

Dining is available and hot chocolate and snacks can be purchased; there is also a wonderful Garden Shop.

Nightly 5-10 p.m. (except December 24 & 25) with these recurring activities:

  • Mondays: Merry Mondays with storytelling 
  • Tuesdays: Caroling 
  • Thursdays: Acoustic music in the Library
