In the Pollock Dining Room you'll enjoy outstanding views of the Shenandoah Valley with a menu to match. Enjoy regional specialties like Rainbow Trout and Tenderloin of Beef. Pair your entree with a Virginia wine and then top it off with the mile-high Blackberry Ice Cream Pie. Given the elevation at Skyland, it is only fitting that you enjoy this signature dessert.
Relax after dinner in the Mountain Taproom for a "Mountain Drink" and live family-friendly nightly entertainment. Special meals include an Easter and Mother's Day Brunch and the popular Thanksgiving Day Buffet.
Skyland also features culinary events such as our weekly cooking demonstrations and the popular Shenandoah Seasonings Vintner Dinners led by the Executive Chef and his team.
Open for dinner beginning 5:30pm March 29 through noon, December 8, 2013. Breakfast is served 7:30 to 10:30am, lunch 12:00 noon to 2:00pm and dinner 5:30 to 9:00pm. The Mountain Taproom has a limited bar menu which is served 2:00 to 10:30pm.
